Getting Started With Roaming FollowMe:

Step 1 : Register for Roaming FollowMe

Inform ABSOLUTE Telecom your overseas local number by-     

Method 1 : Sending SMS to +6597918567

• RFM<space>65 + S’pore Mobile Number <space>PIN<space>Oversea country code + Overseas number  

Method 2 : Call our Customer Hotline 6493 3733 if you have the overseas number

You will receive acknowledgement from ABSOLUTE via SMS and a Roaming FollowMe number will be allocated.

Step 2 : Divert your calls

Before leaving Singapore, divert all voice calls from Singapore to your 8-digits <Roaming FollowMe Number> 
When you arrive at your overseas destination, insert your overseas SIM card and start receiving calls.

To de-activate ABSOLUTE Roaming Follow-Me Service :

Inform ABSOLUTE Telecom by-    

Method 1 : Sending SMS to +6597918567

• RFM<space>65 + S’pore Mobile Number<space>PIN<space>UNSUB 

Method 2 : Call our Customer Hotline 6493 3733 to de-activate service

You will receive acknowledgement from ABSOLUTE via SMS.

Step 1 : Register for Roaming Callback

Inform ABSOLUTE Telecom your overseas number by-     

Method 1 : Sending SMS to +6597918567

• RCB<space>65 + S’pore Mobile Number<space>PIN<space>Overseas country code + Overseas number  

Method 2 : Call our Customer Hotline 6493 3733 if you have the overseas number

You will receive acknowledgement from ABSOLUTE via SMS and a Roaming Callback number will be allocated.

Step 2 : Making calls from Overseas

• Dial +65<Roaming Callback Number> , using your overseas SIM card
• Call auto hang up
• Phone rings, pick up call & dial <Country code> + <Area code> + <Telephone number> #

To de-activate ABSOLUTE Roaming Callback Service :
