Absolute Roaming - How To Use

Getting Started With Roaming FollowMe (RFM)

Step 1 : Register for Roaming FollowMe (RFM)

Inform Absolute Telecom your overseas local number by -

Method 1 : Sending SMS to +6597918567

  • RFM < space > 65 + S’pore Mobile Number < space > PIN < space > Oversea country code + Overseas number


Method 2 : Call our Customer Hotline 6493 3733 if you have the overseas number

You will receive acknowledgement from Absolute via SMS and a Roaming FollowMe (RFM) number will be allocated.

 

Step 2 : Divert your calls

Before leaving Singapore, divert all voice calls from Singapore to your 8-digits <Roaming FollowMe Number>  
When you arrive at your overseas destination, insert your overseas SIM card and start receiving calls.

 

To de-activate Absolute Roaming Follow-Me (RFM) Service

​Inform Absolute Telecom by - 

Method 1 : Sending SMS to +6597918567

  • RFM < space > 65 + S’pore Mobile Number < space > PIN < space > UNSUB 
     

Method 2 : Call our Customer Hotline 6493 3733 to de-activate service

You will receive acknowledgement from Absolute via SMS.

 

 

Getting Started With Roaming CallBack (RCB)

Step 1 : Register for Roaming Callback RCB

Inform Absolute Telecom your overseas number by -     

Method 1 : Sending SMS to +6597918567

  • RCB < space > 65 + S’pore Mobile Number < space > PIN < space > Overseas country code + Overseas number  
     

Method 2 : Call our Customer Hotline 6493 3733 if you have the overseas number

You will receive acknowledgement from Absolute via SMS and a Roaming Callback number will be allocated.

 

Step 2 : Making calls from Overseas

  • Dial +65 < Roaming Callback Number > , using your overseas SIM card
  • Call auto hang up
  • Phone rings, pick up call & dial < Country code > + < Area code > + < Telephone number > #

 

To de-activate Absolute Roaming Callback Service (RCB)

Inform Absolute Telecom by -    

Method 1 : Sending SMS to +6597918567

  • RCB < space > 65 + S’pore Mobile Number < space > PIN < space > UNSUB
     

Method 2 : Call our Customer Hotline 6493 3733 to de-activate service

You will receive acknowledgement from Absolute via SMS.
