Prepaid Calling Card - How To Use

Call Direct from a Fix/Mobile number

  1. Dial 6578 9148.
     
  2. Select choice of language.
     
  3. Enter the 10 digits pin number given on the back of the card.
     
  4. There will be a balance playback announcement.
     
  5. Enter the destination number you wish to connect to.
     
  6. There will be a maximum talk time announcement.
     
  7. Wait for call to be connected.

 

Call Back from a Mobile number

  1. Dial 6578 9149.
     
  2. The line will be disconnected.
     
  3. An incoming call to your mobile will take place within a minute.
     
  4. Once the call is answered, you will be prompted to select choice of language.
     
  5. Enter the 10 digits pin number given on the back of the card.
     
  6. There will be a balance playback announcement.
     
  7. Enter the destination number you wish to connect to.
     
  8. There will be a maximum talk time announcement.
     
  9. Wait for call to be connected.

 

Prepaid International Mobile Reload

  1. Send an sms from your Singapore mobile to 9093 0133 or 8499 2133.
     
  2. In the content, key in Destination Number <space> Amount <space> Pin Number
     
  3. Example to reload to Indonesia mobile 62812345678 for Rupiah50,000 :

    62812345678#50000#987654321
     
  4. You will receive a reply on the reload status.
